Automotive Parts Specialist

Job Description

Automotive Parts Specialist is responsible retail and wholesale parts sales within the store under the direction of the Store Manager. This candidate may also make outside sales calls to develop and maintain positive relationships with commercial customers; in addition to developing new account relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts through face to face and telephone contact with potential customers
• Actively maintain relationships between customers and the store
• Provide support and new product information to customers
• Assist with daily store operations as needed
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required
• Excellent communication skills, strong decision making abilities, and a positive goal oriented attitude
• Valid State of Michigan Driver’s License
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance
